Community + Collaboration

Leadership + Execution

Producer. Awesome Fun. San Francisco 2022-2025

At Awesome Fun, I partnered with Airbnb to activate 888 Brannan through programs designed to engage C-suite stakeholders and cultivate a sense of community around the brand. I produced immersive, cross-platform experiences that translated abstract strategies into concrete narratives—building trust and belonging in the process. These activations included thoughtfully curated gatherings and strategic events that brought together creative leaders, operators, and executives around emerging themes. I introduced scalable workflows, shaped content development systems, and collaborated across creative and brand teams to align storytelling with audience insights. This role sharpened my ability to lead through ambiguity, bridge vision with execution, and design programs that balance creativity, community, and strategic impact.

Producer. Play. San Francisco 2021-2022

Partnering with leading innovators at the frontiers of design and technology, I helped shape brand identities that inspired trust, curiosity, and cultural relevance. Working with a range of clients—from early-stage ventures to established, market-leading teams—I translated ambitious ideas into actionable creative strategies that supported growth and differentiation. I collaborated closely with founder-led companies and internal stakeholders, aligning vision with execution to build lasting engagement. Internally, I developed new production workflows for a multidisciplinary design team, improving collaboration, accelerating delivery, and enabling scalable creative output. The role combined strategic leadership with executional rigor, creating space for experimentation, process innovation, and long-term brand value.

Founding Director. Minnesota Street Project 2015-2020

I led curated programs and public engagements that elevated the voices of hundreds of artists and designers, cultivating an inclusive creative ecosystem and deepening long-term community engagement. Through collaborative initiatives, strategic partnerships, and storytelling frameworks, we surfaced underrepresented voices and expanded cultural visibility. I oversaw communications, marketing, and fundraising strategies—introducing new philanthropic models and activating relationships across the tech and arts sectors to drive meaningful support. Committed to creative equity and cultural amplification, I focused on building scalable systems that move mission-driven work forward.

Creative Lead. Adobe. 2016-2020

Developed a global creative residency that brought together artists, designers, and technologists to explore the future of creative tools—including early-stage machine learning technologies. By facilitating collaboration between residents and product teams, we surfaced insights that shaped Adobe’s product roadmap while expanding access to emerging technologies for creative communities. My work centered on building meaningful, cross-functional connections between creators and platforms—aligning curatorial initiatives with company strategy to foster innovation, amplify voices, and catalyze creative equity at scale.

Analog Research Lab Director. Facebook. 2019-2020

As part of a global team, I supported the expansion of the Analog Research Lab to over 80 campuses, delivering creative programs that embedded analog expression within digital-first environments. I amplified the lab’s impact—shaping visual culture initiatives and collaborative campaigns that influenced company culture across physical and virtual spaces. I authored retrospectives and internal reports to synthesize insights, optimize distribution systems, and refine studio procedures for scale. The work strengthened my ability to lead global programs that center creators, integrate artistic integrity into operational strategy, and build systems that scale both culture and community.
